Peak offers a variety of services:

Adult Services at Peak – Day Program (1992)

Peak has a Day Program that provides individuals supports from 8:30-3:30 Monday – Friday. Peak also provides some individuals support during the evenings and weekends. This is dependent on the needs of the individual. Peak assists individuals fulfill their goals – this could a huge variety of tasks/activities. Some examples are vocational training (recycling program, shredding), and community integration (art class, college classes, swimming, going to the gym).

 

Adult Services at Peak – Employment Support Services (1992)

Peak has a specialized program where individuals that have a goal of getting a job in the community are assisted to gain employment skills by learning how to write a resume, interview skills, etc. Once they get employment they are provided with a ‘job coach’ to help them on the job site.

 

Adult Services at Peak – Residential Program (2007)

Peak assists individuals that require assistance with maintaining a home. These supports could be a staffed home situation, contract home situation, or respite care.

 

FASD Justice (2009)

Our FASD Justice Program strives to provide services for adults affected with FASD, and their involvement with the Justice system. Peak works with individuals to help them find alternatives rather than the justice system (jail) to assist them with appropriate living skills.
